While a freshman accounting and finance major at Boston University in 1997, Charles received his salespersons license and worked that first summer of college in the Boston real estate market.
In 2001 he received his brokers license. He has been involved in more than 1200+ transactions as an agent, broker, property manager and investor. Charles has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He has built and rehabbed hundreds of housing units throughout the US. He currently manages a portfolio with properties in Florida, Georgia, Maine and Colorado.
Among his greatest achievements is the mentoring of agents, brokers, and fellow investors. He shares his love for real estate with those who might be interested.

A second generation real estate developer, Fulvio spent his summers working for the the family business in Long Island when not attending Southern Methodist University,
Fulvio moved to Monte-Carlo and began working at the real estate agency Agedi, Following these informative years he moved on to manage his fathers estate from 2008-2016, which included managing properties throughout Europe and North Africa.
After nearly two decades in the European real estate industry, he returned to the USA to establish himself in that market.
