Station District Assemblage — Hollywood, Florida. Contiguous parcels in Downtown Hollywood's mixed-use corridor, assembled into a single development-scale site.​
Ada / Pickett Campus — Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. Large-acreage, owner-led site under evaluation for a phased data center campus. Power, water, fiber and permitting are being studied with specialist consultants.
